DmC - DEVIL MAY CRY Release date announced + New Character

Capcom has revealed that the newest Devil May Cry title from developer Ninja Theory will hit Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 on January 15, 2013.
Set against a contemporary backdrop, DmC will depict a duplicitous world where nothing is ever as it seems and the line between good and evil is constantly blurred. Spurred into action by the promises of a trusted relation, Dante bursts into this world intent on revenge at any cost.
DmC will retain the series’ signature mix of sword and gunplay but add additional weapons, all new powers and a revitalised gameplay system.
DmC Devil May Cry will on show at Capcom’s E3 booth next month.

 

DmC Devil May Cry will be getting a new character named Kat. According to the description, “Kat is a former runaway that joined The Order very early in her life. She is a medium and a gifted psychic who can see into Limbo, the demon realm, but not directly interact with it in the way that Dante does. She is the right hand girl of the Leader of The Order and devotes her very life to him, often putting herself in grave danger to gather intelligence from Limbo.”
